Preparation steps

Put the pineapple, cucumber and mint leaves in a mixer and blend to a fine purée with 100 ml cold water.
2.
Pour through a sieve and then blend the juice with the ice cubes. Add a dash of lime juice to taste, and dilute with a little cold water if necessary.
3.
Pour into glasses and serve.
