- 8 Tomatoes
- 8 Tbsps Quark
- 8 Tbsps Crème fraiche
- 8 Tbsps Yogurt (0.1% fat)
- 2 Tbsps marjoram (chopped)
- 1 Tbsp thyme (finely chopped)
- 1 Tbsp scallions
- 1 garlic clove (very finely chopped)
- 3 Radish
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- grapeseed oil

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse and dry tomatoes, cut off lids and scoop out seeds.
2.
Combine quark with creme fraiche and yogurt and mix until smooth. Add herbs and garlic, season with salt and pepper and stuff tomatoes with the mixture.
3.
Rinse and dry radishes, cut into thin slices. Garnish tomatoes with radishes and serve.
