Preparation steps

Rinse tomatoes, cut lids and scoop out with a teaspoon. Season inside with salt and pepper. Rinse zucchini, peel shallot and chop everything finely. Pit olives and dice the mozzarella finely. Whisk olive oil with vinegar, season with salt and pepper and mix with the cheese. Finally stir in basil. Fill the tomatoes with the salad and top with lids.

Garnish with basil leaves and serve.
