- 1 Olive flatbread
- 200 grams cream cheese
- 100 grams Red Cherry tomatoes
- 100 grams yellow Cherry tomatoes
- ½ bunch Chives
- salt
- freshly ground White pepper

Preparation steps
1.
Cut olive flatbread into slices. Rinse and halve the tomatoes. Rinse chives, shake dry and cut into rolls with kitchen shears.
2.
Spread slices of bread with cream cheese, cover with the tomato halves and season with salt and white pepper. Serve sprinkled with chives.
