Ingredients

2 tablespoons Yeast
1 ½ teaspoons Dried yeast
3 cups flour
4 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon salt

For the topping
1 ½ cups canned tomatoes
1 ½ cups fresh Mozzarella (thinly sliced)
4 tomatoes (sliced)
2 tablespoons fresh Basil (chopped)

Preparation steps

1.
To make the dough, crumble the yeast into a bowl and stir in a pinch of sugar and 200 ml lukewarm water. Add the flour, oil and the salt and knead into a smooth dough. Cover and leave to rise in a warm place for 1 hour.

Heat the oven to its hottest temperature. Place the baking trays in the oven to heat up.

Shape the dough into four balls and roll out on a floured work surface approx. 22 cm Ø. Leave the edge a little thicker and place on a piece of baking paper (or an oiled pizza tray).
4.
Season the tomatoes with salt and ground black pepper and spread onto the pizza bases. Place the mozzarella on top, add the tomato slices and the basil and drizzle with a little oil.
5.
Transfer carefully to the hot baking tray and bake for 10 min until golden brown.
