1 egg
1 Tbsp breadcrumbs
1 Tbsp dried oregano
salt
cayenne pepper
50 grams grated Mozzarella
baby oregano (for serving)

Preparation steps

Rinse tomatoes, cut off lids and scrape out pulp with a spoon. Grease baking dish with a little oil and arrange tomatoes in it.

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C top and bottom heat Preheat.

Peel shallot and garlic and chop finely. Combine with ground meat and add egg and breadcrumbs, mix until smooth. Season with oregano, salt and cayenne pepper and stuff tomatoes with the mixture.
