4 large Beefsteak tomato
250 grams Ground lamb
1 Tbsp olive oil
2 shallots
1 tsp ground paprika (sweet)
salt
freshly ground peppers
2 Tbsps Tomato paste
100 milliliters Tomato juice
75 grams small button Mushroom
1 green Bell pepper
4 Tbsps Sour cream

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse tomatoes and cut off lids, scoop out pulp with a spoon.

2.

Peel shallots and dice finely.

3.

Clean mushrooms and chop.

4.

Rinse and halve bell pepper, remove seeds and ribs, dice. 

5.

Heat oil in a pan and saute meat until crumbly. Add shallots, paprika, tomato paste and juice, season with salt and pepper and simmer, covered for about 20 minutes. 

6.

Add mushrooms and pepper and simmer for 5 more minutes. Stuff tomatoes with the mixture and arrange in a greased baking dish. Bake in preheated oven at 200°C (approximately 400°F) for about 15 minutes. 

7.

Top each tomato with a dollop of sour cream and sprinkle with paprika. Serve.
