- one red, one yellow, one green Bell pepper
- 2 garlic cloves
- 250 grams Tomatoes
- 1 pc Cucumber
- 3 Tbsps White vinegar
- 5 olive oil
- salt
- freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps
1.
Peel and finely dice the onion. Rinse and halve the peppers. Remove the seeds and julienne. Peel and finely dice the garlic. Blanch the tomatoes in boiling water. Remove the tomatoes from the water and peel. Cut in half, remove the seeds, and finely dice.
2.
Peel the cucumber and halve lengthwise. Remove the seeds and finely dice.
3.
Mix the vinegar with the oil, then season to taste with salt and pepper. Mix the dressing with the prepared salad ingredients. Serve the salad in bowls.
