- 200 grams Spelt flour
- 1 egg
- 100 grams butter
- 1 tsp salt
- 125 grams sour Whipped cream
- 2 eggs
- 125 grams whipped Whipped cream
- ½ bunch Basil
- 2 garlic cloves
- 4 Tbsps Tomatoes
- 2 tsps Tomato paste
- salt
- freshly ground pepper
- 1 tsp grated Nutmeg
Preparation steps

In a bowl, combine spelt flour, 1 egg, butter and salt. Shape into a disk, wrap in palstic wrap and chill for 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 200°C (approximately 400°F). Press dough into a 24 cm (approximately 9 1/2-inch) round cake pan.

Peel and press garlic. Rinse basil, shake dry and mince. Combine sour cream, whipped cream, and garlic. Season with salt and pepper. Combine basil, tomatoes and tomato puree. Fold into sour cream mixture and add eggs. Season heavily with salt, nutmeg and pepper. Pour onto dough and bake for 30-40 minutes, until golden brown.
Remove and let cool. Slice and serve.
