- 350 grams Cherry tomatoes
- 250 grams Bocconcini
- butter (for pan)
- 175 milliliters Whipped cream
- 200 milliliters milk
- 3 eggs
- 3 Tbsps cornstarch
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- Chives (for garnish)

Preparation steps
1.
Preheat the oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F). Rinse and halve the cherry tomatoes. Drain the mozzarella in a sieve. Butter a pan.
2.
Whisk the cream with the milk, eggs and cornstarch, then season with salt and pepper. Pour the cream mixture into the pan. Distribute the tomatoes and mozzarella on top. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until the cream mixture is completely thickened.
3.
Best served hot, garnished with some chives. Serve with fresh baguette.
