- 1 sm jar Tomatoes (400 grams or 14 ounces)
- 125 milliliters Vegetable broth
- 150 grams Spiral pasta
- 2 stalks Leeks
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 1 Tbsp Pastry flour
- 125 milliliters milk
- 100 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 4 Basil

Preparation steps
1.
Boil tomatoes and broth in a pot. Smash tomatoes. Cook noodles according to package instructions until al dente, season with salt and pepper.

Meanwhile, rinse and slice leeks. Blanch leeks in boiling salted for about 5 minutes, then drain well.

Combine noodles and tomato mixture in a baking dish. Sprinkle with leeks.

Heat butter in a pan and add flour, sauté, stirring constantly. Deglaze with milk and cook for 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in yogurt and egg yolks. Season with salt, pepper and oregano. Pour sauce over the leeks.
5.
Bake in an oven preheated to 200°C (approximately 400°F) for about 25 minutes. Remove from oven and serve garnished with basil.
