300 milliliters Fruit Vinegar
200 milliliters Grape juice
1 ⅕ kilograms small, green Tomatoes
2 red chili peppers
400 grams sugar
300 grams raisins

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse and peel the pears. Remove the core, and cut into 2 cm (approximately 3/4 inch) large pieces. 

2.

Heat the cider vinegar and the grape juice in a saucepan. Add the pears, and simmer gently for 8 minutes. 

3.

Quarter the tomatoes. Rinse and slice the chilis. Add the tomatoes, chilis, sugar, and raisins to the saucepan. Simmer an additional 15 minutes. 

4.

Place the chutney in a sterilized, prepared jar, and seal tightly.
