- 6 sheets gelatin
- 100 milliliters Orange juice
- 600 milliliters Tomato juice
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- 1 pinch sugar
- salt
- Tabasco sauce
- olive oil
- 16 scoops Bocconcini
- freshly ground peppers
- Herb baguette (if desired)
Preparation steps

Soften the gelatine sheets in cold water. Heat the orange juice a little. Soak the softened squeezed gelatine in the warm orange juice. Season with lemon juice, sugar, salt and hot sauce. Fill glasses with the mixture. Chill for at least 3 hours.

Before serving, drizzle 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil into each glass. Put 2 balls of mozzarella cheese, season with pepper and if you desire, add a slice of herb baguette. Serve and enjoy!
