- 18 ozs trine pasta (or any other crinkle-edged shape)
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic cloves (finely sliced)
- 2 cups cherry Tomatoes
- salt
- peppers
- 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar

Preparation steps
1.
Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to packet instructions.
2.
Drain, reserving a little cooking water and keep warm.
3.
Meanwhile heat the oil in a pan and gently fry the garlic. Add the tomatoes and a little seasoning and cook until soft.
4.
Toss with the drained pasta, 2 tbsp water, some seasoning and the balsamic and serve.
