Preparation steps

1.

Rinse spinach and cook until wilted in a little boiling salted water. Drain, rinse, squeeze out liquid and chop coarsely.

2.

Cut tofu into small cubes. Heat soy sauce with the oil, sugar and sake, then add tofu and sesame seeds. Cook briefly until heated through.

3.

Place the spinach in a bowl and top with the tofu.
