- 100 grams lean Pork (steak)
- 100 grams shrimp (ready to cook, peeled)
- 5 tsps Fish sauce
- 2 Tbsps chopped scallions
- 450 grams Tofu
- 1 ⅕ liters Chicken broth
- salt

- 2 Tbsps scallions
- 2 red chili peppers
Preparation steps

Cut the meat into thin, 5 cm (approximately 2 inch) long strips. Rinse the shrimp and pat dry. In a bowl, mix together the pork, shrimp, 2 teaspoons of fish sauce and the scallions. Let marinate 10 minutes.
Cut the tofu in 1 cm (approximately 1/2 inch) cubes. Rinse the chile, slit lengthwise, remove the seeds and white ribs and finely chop.

In a saucepan, bring the broth to a boil. Add the shrimp and pork mixture and simmer over low heat for 2 minutes. Add the tofu and the remaining fish sauce and simmer 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and serve sprinkled with chives and chile peppers.
