- 800 grams Tofu
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tsp freshly grated ginger
- soy sauce
- 8 scallions
- 2 Red Bell pepper
- 60 grams Peanuts
- 3 Tbsps Peanut oil
- Fish sauce
- Garlic chive (for garnish)
Preparation steps

Cut tofu into cubes. Peel and finely chop garlic, mix with ginger and 3-4 tablespoons soy sauce and tofu. Let sit covered in the refrigerator for about 1 hour. Rinse scallions and cut diagonally into 3-4 cm (1-2 inch) long pieces. Rinse peppers, remove seeds and ribs, and dice.

Stir fry peanuts briefly in hot oil. Add tofu and stir fry for another 2-3 minutes. Add vegetables and stir fry for an additional 3-4 minutes. Add cod and season to taste with soy sauce. Serve on saucers, garnish with garlic chives.
