- 100 grams smoked Sturgeon
- 2 English Muffins
- 2 tsps butter
- 4 Tbsps Caviar
- 4 Tbsps sour Whipped cream
- freshly ground peppers
- Lemon wedge (for garnish)

Preparation steps
1.
Peel shallots and finely dice. Divide smoked sturgeon into 4 pieces.

Halve the muffins horizontally and toast the cut surfaces. For each muffin, lay half on each plate, spread with butter and caviar. Sprinkle with shallots and cover with the sturgeon. Top with sour cream and season with freshly ground pepper. Serve garnished with lemon wedges.
