Preparation steps

1.

Rinse lemon in hot water and cut into wedges. Cut rolls in half horizontally.

Toast cut sides of rolls.

Top toasted rolls with smoked salmon and 1 tablespoon of pastry cream.

4.

Season with lemon pepper and serve garnished with lemon wedges.
