- 150 grams black Olives (pitted)
- 2 Tbsps Caper
- 2 Tbsps Pine nuts
- 1 Tbsp Tomato paste
- 3 Tbsps olive oil
- 2 tsps balsamic vinegar
- peppers
- toasted white bread

Preparation steps
1.
Drain olives and capers. Toast pine nuts in a dry pan.
2.
Place all ingredients except for the toast into a blender and purée. Spread olive mixture onto toast, season to taste and serve.
