Preparation steps

1.

Cut a pocket in the white bread slice. Cube Brie and cut pepper into strips. Rinse watercress and pluck off the leaves.

2.

Fill bread pocket with cheese, peppers and watercress. Season with salt and pepper and cook on a hot grill 2-3 minutes on each side until the cheese begins to melt.
