- 250 grams Strawberries
- 150 grams Raspberries
- 100 grams Blueberries
- 40 grams sugar
- 500 grams Double cream cheese (60-75% fat)
- 100 milliliters Whipped cream
- 50 grams powdered sugar

Preparation steps
1.
For the compote: Rinse the berries. Hull and chop the strawberries. Place all the berries in a pot along with the sugar. Bring to a boil and cook until stewed, about 3 minutes. Allow to cool completely.

For the cream cheese mixture: In another bowl, stir the cream cheese with the icing sugar and cream until smooth.
For serving: Divide the compote between dessert glasses and top with the cream cheese mixture. Serve chilled.
