- 1 Tbsp sesame oil
- 2 scallions (cut into rings)
- 2 tsps Tamarind paste
- ⅜ cup Coconut milk
- 1 cup Bread
- 1 ⅔ cups Tuna (finely chopped)
- 1 beefsteak Tomato (peeled and diced)
- 1 Tbsp fresh ginger (finely chopped)
- ⅓ cup canned Sweet corn
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 Tbsp cilantro (finely chopped)
- vegetable oil (for frying)

Preparation steps
1.
Heat the sesame oil in a pan and quickly fry the spring onions with the tamarind paste.

Heat the coconut milk and soften the bread in it. Wring the bread out well and mix with the tuna. Add the spring onions, tomatoes, ginger, sweetcorn, egg yolks and coriander. Season with salt and ground black pepper.
3.
With wet hands shape the mixture into 8 burgers. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the burgers on all side for 4-6 minutes until golden brown.
