- 1 boneless, skinless, half Chicken breast (cut into bite sized pieces.)
- ½ cup Barbecue sauce
- 1 prepared Pizza Bread
- 1 cup shredded Mozzarella
- ½ cup grated Gouda
- ¼ cup sliced Red onions
- ¼ cup Corn kernel
- ½ cup green Bell pepper (diced)
- ½ cup red Bell pepper (chopped)

Preparation steps
1.
Place the chicken in a bowl with 1/4 cup of the bbq sauce. Cover and let marinate for 2 hours.
2.
Preheat oven to 450º F / 230º C; let a pizza stone preheat in the oven at the same time.
3.
Heat a saute pan over medium heat and cook the chicken until it is cooked through and no longer pink, 7-8 minutes. Set aside.
4.
Spread the remaining 1/4 cup bbq sauce on the prepared pizza crust. Sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese and all of the gouda over the bbq sauce. Top with the chicken, red onion, corn, peppers, and the remaining mozzarella.
5.
Transfer the pizza to the pizza stone in the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
