- 2 cups light soy sauce
- 1 ½ Tbsps honey
- 1 ½ Tbsps sesame oil
- 1 ½ Tbsps freshly grated ginger (grated)
- 2 cloves garlic cloves (crushed)
- 4 fresh Salmon fillet
- 2 cups Basmati rice
- 1 head Broccoli (cut into florets)
- 1 medium lemon (cut into wedges)

Preparation steps

Preheat oven to 350º F/ 176º C. Mix together the soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, ginger and garlic in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Turn down the heat and simmer the sauce for 2-3 minutes, or until it has developed a thicker consistency. Remove the garlic and ginger by pouring the sauce through a sieve or strainer. Let cool.

Cook the rice according to the package instructions. Place salmon in a baking dish and coat fillets with sauce. May reserve any remaining sauce for serving. Cover lightly with tinfoil and bake for 20-25 minutes or until opaque.

Cook the broccoli in lightly salted boiling water for 5 minutes, or until tender. Drain.
4.
Serve the salmon immediately out of the oven over the cooked rice with the lemon wedge and broccoli on the side.
