- ¼ cup grated Parmesan
- ⅔ cup milk

1 Cutting board, 1 Large knife, 1 Small knife, 1 Measuring cups, 3 Pots mit Deckel, 1 hohe Bowl, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Hand mixer, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Citrus juicer, 1 Slotted spoon, 1 Salad spinner, 1 Immersion blender
Preparation steps
1.
Heat the oven to 200°C (180° fan) 400°F gas 6. Grease a baking tray.

Heat a frying pan and cook the bacon without fat until browned.
3.
Sift the flour, baking powder and salt into a mixing bowl.
4.
Rub in the butter, until the mixture resembles breadcrumbs and then stir in the grated cheese and bacon.
5.
Make a well in the centre of the mixture and pour in just enough milk to form a soft but not sticky dough. Turn out onto a floured surface and knead lightly until smooth.
6.
Roll or pat out to a thickness of 2 cm|1". Cut into 10 rounds with a 6 cm|2 1/2" cutter.
7.
Place on the baking tray and brush the tops lightly with a little beaten egg. Bake for about 15 minutes until golden brown. Serve warm.
