- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 red onion
- 1 red chili pepper
- 500 grams Cuttlefish
- 400 grams squid ink Spaghetti
- salt
- 4 stalks parsley
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- 150 milliliters white wine
- peppers

Preparation steps
1.
Peel garlic and onion and chop finely. Rinse and chop chile (removing seeds if desired).

Rinse squid under cold water, pat dry, clean the squid and remove and discard the beak. Cut the body into rings and the tentacles into pieces.
3.
Cook the pasta according to package directions until al dente.
4.
Meanwhile, rinse the parsley, shake dry, chop coarsely leaves.
5.
Heat oil in a pan. Add the garlic, onion and chile and sauté 1-2 minutes. Add the squid, deglaze with white wine and cook 2-4 minutes more.
6.
Drain the pasta and toss with the squid and parsley. Season with salt and pepper.
