- For the swordfish
- 4 Swordfish fillet (about 160 grams or 5 1/2 ounces)
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 100 grams mixed Lettuce
- 3 Tbsps olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 Tbsp Lemon peel
- 100 milliliters lemon juice
- 4 Tbsps pickled caperberry
- For garnish
- 1 lemon (sliced)

Preparation steps

For the swordfish, drizzle fillets with lemon juice and leave to marinate for 10 minutes. Rinse and drain salad for garnish and cut into bite-size pieces.

Heat oil in a pan and cook fillets on both sides for 2-3 minutes. Peel garlic and finely dice. When fish is halfway done, add garlic, lemon juice and lemon zest. Simmer for 2 minutes. Add capers. Serve fish over lettuce and garnished with lemon slices.
