- 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 8 cooked ham
- 1 ¼ cups Cheese (sliced, e. g. Gruyere cheese, cheddar, or Swiss)

Preparation steps
1.
Heat the grill
2.
Butter each slice of bread, then spread with the mustard.
3.
Top 4 of the slices with the cheese and ham. Place the remaining 4 slices of bread on top, pressing lightly.

Grill for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden and crisp on the outside and melted inside.
5.
Serve immediately with crisps and pickles.
