1 Bowl, 1 Cutting board, 1 Large knife, 1 Serrated knife, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Fine-mesh sieve
Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 200°C (180° fan) 400°F gas 6.

Toast the bread very lightly and spread thinly with butter. Place one slice of ham on each slice of toast. Wash the tomatoes, remove the stem end and slice thinly (you need 16 slices altogether, use any leftover tomato for another purpose). Arrange 4 slices of tomato on top of the ham on each slice of toast. Peel the onion and cut into thin rings. Scatter over the tomatoes and season lightly with salt and pepper. Wash and finely shred the ramsons and scatter over the onion. Top each slice of toast with a cheese slice and put into the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes.

Serve garnished with ramsons flowers.
