Preparation steps

1.

Rinse 1 nectarine and peel the remaining. Cut all nectarines in half and remove the pits. Cut the unpeeled nectarine halves in half again and set aside for decoration.

2.

Cut the remaining peeled nectarines into small pieces and transfer to a blender with the sugar, buttermilk and cream.

3.

Process until smooth then add the lemon juice, pour into glasses and garnish with the reserved nectarine quarters.
