- 2 Red Apple (grated)
- 2 cups old fashioned Oats
- 3 Tbsps white Chia seeds
- ⅓ cup Date (finely chopped)
- 1 cup Coconut milk
- 1 cup cold water
- 1 cup plant based Yogurt

Preparation steps

Put the grated apple in a large mixing bowl and add the oats, seeds, and dates. Mix everything thoroughly with the yogurt, milk, and cold water. Cover and refrigerate for a few hours or overnight.

Fill the muesli into bowls and top with the diced apple, sliced banana, fruits, and the remaining nuts.
If you want a more creamy consistency, you can mix it with another spoonful of yogurt before serving.
