- 5 Tbsps Oats
- 3 ozs milk (or milk substitute such as almond)
- ½ tsp cinnamon (vanilla or honey)
- 2 Tbsps Greek yogurt
- Fruit
Preparation steps
1.
Mix the oats in a glass jar with the milk and the desired flavoring. Here we tried cinnamon, vanilla and honey. Also delicious with cardamom.

Add the Greek yogurt to the jar.
3.
Place the cover on the jar and refrigerate.
4.
The next morning, stir to combine, add the desired fruit topping and serve.
