Preparation steps

Slice the pears in half lengthways and cut away the cores. Rub the cut surfaces with the lemon juice to prevent browning.

Heat the oil in a small pan and add the crumbled blue cheese and the walnuts.
3.
Stir over a gentle heat until the cheese has just melted then spoon the mixture into the core cavities of the pears.

Serve immediately garnished with the rosemary sprigs.
