600 grams Pork (lean)
2 Apple (red)
10 Dried plums
5 centimeters ginger
300 milliliters water
2 Tbsps vegetable oil
1 Bouillon (beef-flavored)
salt

Preparation steps

Rinse, pat dry, and trim the meat. Cut into 1.5-2 cm (approximately 1/2-inch to one-inch) cubes.

Peel and cut the ginger into 1-2 cm  (approximately 3/4-inch to 1/2-inch) long thin sticks. Quarter the plums. Quarter the apples, remove core and seeds and cut into wedges. Heat the water and dissolve the stock cube. Heat the oil in a saucepan and brown the meat on all sides. Season with salt and pepper. Add the plums, apple slices, ginger and broth and simmer, covered, about 15 minutes. Stir, season again with salt and pepper, and ladle into bowls. Serve immediately.
