- 6 Tbsps low-fat Quark
- 1 tsp Cocoa bean (chopped)
- 3 scoops Vanilla ice cream

Preparation steps
1.
Soften the berries in lukewarm water.
2.
Drain well and puree in a blender with the milk, honey, quark, cocoa beans and ice cream. Transfer to glasses and garnished with dried goji berries and chopped cocoa beans.
