- 4 cups mixed Baby greens
- 2 cups sugar Snap pea
- 2 cups Grape tomato (halved)
- 1 cup cooked Asparagus (cut into 1-inch pieces)
- kosher salt (to taste)
- freshly ground Black pepper (to taste)
- ⅓ cup Vinaigrette
- 1 cup Goat cheese
- 2 cups canned cannellini beans (drained and rinsed)
- 2 Tbsps fresh Basil (finely chopped)

Preparation steps
1.
In a large bowl, combine greens, sugar snap peas, tomatoes and asparagus. Season with salt and pepper. Pour vinaigrette and toss gently until coated.
2.
Divide salad mixture onto individual dishes. Crumble cheese over salad; top a small mound of beans in the center. Garnish with basil and serve.
