- 2 cans white Beans (about 240 grams drained)
- 2 Tbsps Peppermint geranium (finely chopped)
- 1 Tbsp Savory (finely chopped)
- 2 Tbsps White vinegar
- 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
- salt
- peppers
- 1 pinch ground Cumin
- 5 Tbsps olive oil
Preparation steps
1.
Rinse the beans in a colander and drain.

Mix beans with the herbs.
3.
Mix vinegar with salt, pepper and cumin. Drizzle the olive oil, season and mix with the beans. Let stand for 30 minutes. Serve with peppermint geranium as garnish.
