2 cans white Beans (about 240 grams drained)
2 tablespoons Peppermint geranium (finely chopped)
1 tablespoon Savory (finely chopped)
2 tablespoons White vinegar
1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
salt

1 pinch ground Cumin
5 tablespoons olive oil

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the beans in a colander and drain.

Mix beans with the herbs.

3.

Mix vinegar with salt, pepper and cumin. Drizzle the olive oil, season and mix with the beans. Let stand for 30 minutes. Serve with peppermint geranium as garnish.
