1 tsp chopped parsley

Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

Rinse the mushrooms and remove the stems. Place the mushroom caps on the baking tray. Finely chop the mushroom stems. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Saute the mushroom stems and garlic in olive oil for 3-4 minutes. Remove from the pan and mix with the parmesan, breadcrumbs and parsley. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Pour the mixture into the mushroom caps. Chop the butter into small pieces and sprinkle over the mushrooms. Bake for 20-30 minutes. Serve garnished with chives.
