7 ozs Feta
4 Cherry tomatoes
4 sun-dried tomatoes in oil (drained)
½ oz black pitted Olives
½ tsp dried Basil
peppers
1 Tbsp olive oil

Preparation steps

Wash kohlrabi leaves and shake dry. Quarter the feta and place on the leaves.

2.

Wash and slice the cocktail tomatoes. Cut dried tomatoes into strips. Cut olives into rings, spread on the cheese with fresh and dried tomatoes and season with basil and pepper.

3.

Fold in the leaves laterally, roll them up and, if necessary, fix them with a toothpick. Coat the packet with the oil and grill on the hot grill for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is soft.
