- 2 Tbsps butter
- 1 ⅕ cups shallots (quartered)
- ¾ cup Pine nuts
- 1 tsp sugar
- 6 Tbsps white wine vinegar
- salt
- freshly ground Black pepper

1 Cutting board, 1 Peeler, 1 Box grater, 1 Small knife, 1 Tablespoon, 1 große Bowl, 1 Fine grater, 1 Bowl, 1 Non-stick pan, 1 Slotted spatula
Preparation steps
1.
Cook the beans in plenty of boiling, salted water for about 8 minutes, until al dente.

Heat the oil and butter in a pan and fry the shallots over a medium heat. Add the pine nuts and toast quickly. Add the sugar and cook until slightly caramelised.
3.
Stir in the vinegar. Drain the beans and add to the pan. Stir well and season to taste with salt and ground black pepper. Serve warm or cold.
