Rinse and dry strawberries, puree with 3 tablespoons of sugar in a blender. Combine yogurt with vanilla, remaining sugar and almond liqueur. Beat cream until stiff and fold into yogurt mixture. Place 2/3 of amaretto cookies in a freezer bag and crumble with a roller.
Place half of yogurt mixture into 4 glasses. sprinkle with half of crumbled amaretto cookies and 2 tablespoons of strawberry puree. Sprinkle remaining cookies on puree, layer remaining yogurt mixture. Place a dollop of strawberry puree on top and garnish each glass with 3 cookies.
