400 grams Rhubarb
½ lemon (zest and juice)
3 Tbsps brown sugar

Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 400°F.

Wash and clean the strawberries and rhubarb. Cut the strawberries in half and cut the rhubarb into 2-3 cm (approximately 1-2 inches) long pieces. Combine the strawberries, the lemon juice and lemon zest, and the brown sugar and spoon in the middle of 4 square pieces of baking parchment paper (about 30x30 cm). Form the paper over the filling into pouch and close tightly with kitchen twine.

Place on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for approximately 10 minutes.

Open carefully and serve immediately.
