Preparation steps

1.

Rinse and dry strawberries, hull and puree in a blender or with a fork. Rinse rhubarb, cut into small pieces and add to strawberries.

2.

Mix berries with lemon juice and preserving sugar. Bring to a boil and cook for 4 minutes, letting jam to bubble. Pour into prepared preserving jars, seal well. Serve as needed.
