1 lemon (juiced)
250 milliliters Beet juice
2 Tbsps honey
200 milliliters mineral water (carbonated)

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse strawberries and trim as needed. Set aside four strawberries for garnish and cut remaining strawberries into pieces. Rinse grapes and puree with strawberries in a blender. Add lemon juice and beet juice to the blender and puree and sweeten to taste with honey. Pour strawberry mixture in 4 glasses. Fill to the top with mineral water and serve garnished with strawberries.
