- 1 Tbsp liquid honey
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 8 Ice cubes
- 300 milliliters cold mineral water (still or sparkling)

Preparation steps

Rinse and trim strawberries, Puree with the honey and lemon juice.
2.
Put the ice into the glasses, pour the strawberry puree over ice. Top up with mineral water and serve the juice garnished with fresh strawberries if desired.
