- ¾ cup chopped Nut
- 2 cups Coconut milk (more if needed)
- 5 ½ tsps Powdered gelatine
- 1 ¼ cups Strawberries
- 4 Tbsps Coconut cream
- sugar (to taste)

Preparation steps
1.
Lightly grease 4 teacups, then place some chopped nuts in each cup and shake so that the insides of the cups are evenly coated.
2.
Heat the coconut milk in a pan until hand hot. Remove from the heat, sprinkle in the gelatine and whisk to dissolve. Leave to cool for 10 minutes.
3.
Puree the strawberries in a food processor or blender. Add the cooled coconut milk mixture, creamed coconut and a little sugar to taste. Blend, then taste and add more sugar if necessary. Pour into a bowl and chill for at least 4 hours.
4.
Put the chilled mixture into a food processor or blender and blend until creamy. If the mousse is too thick, add more coconut milk, a teaspoon at a time.
5.
Spoon carefully into the cups and chill until ready to serve. Decorate with a strawberry slice.
