- 150 milliliters Coconut milk
- 3 egg yolks
- 100 grams sugar
- 3 Tbsps Shredded coconut
- 200 milliliters Whipped cream

Preparation steps

Rinse, trim and puree the strawberries.
2.
Heat the coconut milk. Beat the egg yolks with the sugar over a hot water bath (not boiling)water until foamy. Add the milk in a thin stream, beating until creamy. Remove from the heat and stir until cold. Beat the cream until stiff and fold into the strawberry puree with the grated coconut. Pour the mixture into ramekins and freeze about 4 hours. Serve garnished with coconut pieces.
