- 1 large Zucchini
- 2 red Bell pepper
- 1 yellow Bell pepper
- 2 large carrots
- 250 grams Snow peas
- 6 Baby corn cobs (preferably from a jar)
- 600 grams Chicken breasts (skinless)
- 2 centimeters fresh ginger
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 Tbsps soybean oil
- light soy sauce
- freshly ground peppers
- Rice vinegar
- 1 Tbsp freshly chopped cilantro

Preparation steps

Rinse and trim vegetables, then cut into bite-sized pieces. Rinse chicken, pat dry and cut into thin strips. Peel and finely chop ginger and garlic.

In a wok, heat oil and stir-fry chicken until browned. Remove chicken and set aside. Add vegetables, ginger and garlic and stir-fry. Return chicken to wok and season with soy sauce, pepper and rice vinegar. Add cilantro, toss to combine and season again. Serve immediately.
