2 Tbsps vegetable oil
2 carrots
1 bunch scallions
250 grams soybean sprout
200 grams Glass noodles
1 Tbsp soy sauce
salt

Preparation steps

1.

Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a wok. Add ground meat and stir-fry. Remove meat from wok. Peel carrots and cut into matchsticks. Rinse scallions, trim ends and cut into pieces.

Rinse and drain soybean sprouts. Soak cellophane noodles in lukewarm water, about 10 minutes. Heat residual oil in the wok, add scallions and carrots and stir-fry until translucent. Add soy beans sprouts and stir-fry briefly.

3.

Drain noodles and stir into vegetables. Add ground meat and stir-fry for 5 minutes. Season with soy sauce, salt and pepper.
